Work is due to start on producing the Building Regs and technical drawings for the Railway, Cosham.
The mixed use scheme, designed by Portsmouthbased Martin Ralph Architects, was given Planning Approval in December 2012. Accommodation will consist of 20 number one, two and three bedroom affordable flats for Radian, arranged over 5 floors. The striking, contemporary development, will include a 2 bedroom / 4 person DPU on the ground floor with a dedicated parking space and rear garden.
Martin Ralph Land is actively assisting PMC Construction in securing a suitable end user for the 2,200 sq foot commercial area on the ground floor.
